Just saying... the OP was about landing NRT, spending the night Narita Citiy and taking N'EX into Tokyo the next day.

Details like: After landing, can you book N'EX for the next day travel? And next day accessibility into the JR East counters (only in the arrivals area)? And challenges with the T2 ticket office.
