No NY car service is perfect but I use Dial7 when I fly into JFK and LGA and they have always been pretty reliable. Although I don't think they do the driver meeting you in baggage claim service. You can do everything online, including pick your type of car. No fee for delayed flights - you call when you arrive and meet them at the arrival curb. Rates are reasonable. They have a lot of cars but usually no more than a 5-10 minute wait. XYZ is another car service that is often used by my company but they are not as reliable.
