I went to SFO airport and had to fill out the incident form last week. While filling up, I asked the rep if there'll be any problem. She said, 'you have insurance and all, so probably no. But we have to fill this form'. I didn't have LDW, but had ALI coverage.

I am still out of town though, so I have no idea if I received any postal mail. Or should I expect an e-mail from them too?
