Thanks Lawyertalk. Wasn't aware of that benefit. I'll set-up an email Alert for this to remind me. I have a hotel booked far away from the Conference where I may cancel penalty-free up to 6pm on my date of arrival. So I have something rather than nothing. But really hope to stay at the main Conference hotel. You often get so much more out of doing such a thing than staying off-site.
