I don't think the Westin Heavenly Bedding is actually special enough to attract a bunch of HVCs to pay $2000 or more to sit in a plain old FC section.
At most Westin hotels, $2000 gets you at least a junior suite, often with lounge access....or you could buy an entire Westin bed from their catalogue for this price. Just the bedding would probably be a couple hundred dollars.
