But wait, there's more. That was the ONLY service we received! Completely unacceptable on a 3-1/2 hour, mid-afternoon flight. This is the first time I've ever had just one service on this route so I am hopeful this was just the lack of effort and/or enthusiasm by the crew. I might add too, that this was a fairly "senior" group of FA's.

I don't know what they were doing the rest of the time. Other than one "less senior" FA who patrolled up and down the aisle collecting trash, the other 2 were missing until DigE player pickup time.

For an airline under assault by DL you'd think they'd put a little more effort into customer service. I hate to say it but I think they were just lazy. Oh well.
Wasn't going to say anything, but you bring up a good point.

LAS - SEA last Sunday, it took 40 minutes to get a drink in 2F. Additionally, I had to ring the call button to get a refill because the F FA had gone to the rear galley and was no where to be seen.

Furthermore, the FA decided to 'rest her eyes' (my words) on takeoff. Unbelievable.

I've never, ever, experienced this type of service on AS.
