I have been trying to call BA for two days to make a reservations using Avios for travel on Alaska Airlines (not bookable online).

I regularly have to wait 30-45 minutes to talk to someone when making a reservation, but for the last two days it cant even get through. After going through the voice prompts I just get a busy signal. I have tried both the standard reservations number (1800-AIRWAYS) and the Executive Club Line (1800-452-1201). What gives?

Any suggestions on how I can get my flight booked?
