The title spells it out! I am 8, yes eight, miles short of a redemption for a flight this weekend, and don't really want to buy 1000, especially because I am waiting for a 9000 point bonus for spend to hit. Any other ideas? Has BA ever just let someone book a reward a few points short of you try by phone? On a related note, BA seems to think I am under 18, and won't let me buy miles on line. Every time I call to get this fixed the wait is forever. Is there another alternative? Thanks!
