I just missed the window for the $3k spend because of a return by $40. My fault for not clearing it up within the first month like I usually do with all my cards.

Have called a few times and the Reps are super nice and want to get me the miles, but they have to get approval through the marketing department and always come back on the phone saying they won't 'extend the offer'.

Has anyone delt with this before? Need some advice. Can't seem to talk to the marketing dept. directly.
