Have called a few times and the Reps are super nice and want to get me the miles, but they have to get approval through the marketing department and always come back on the phone saying they won't 'extend the offer'.

Sadly, from what I've read, Citi seems to play hardball on these types of things. I've not read of anyone getting this extended.
