My father is on a 7 hour wait when he arrives from Bangkok then on to a connecting flight to London. Arrive in Dubai at 7.30pm and then depart for London at 3.10am

What is the procedure of going heading into Dubai? Is it worth it or stay in the Economy lounge area?
