Generally the private jet will land at one of the FBO's (fixed base operator's)...there's an Esso Avitat, Landmark Aviation, and a few others I believe.

Customs may or may not come out to the terminal to clear. I have arrived into Canada on private aircraft and sometimes Customs will give the passengers clearance to proceed into Canada without actually inspecting (the charter operator will provide all info to Customs prior to departure). Worst case scenario is that customs will meet you at the airplane.

The other posters nailed it, the charter provider will be able to give you the specifics...but generally you will not be going through the commercial terminal, everything will be done at once of the fancy FBO's.
