I can't stand Southwest; the experience nor the mostly fake "LCC" moniker.
I like a seat number, I like the option to buy food on board.
But.....but.........Southwest does do amazing things for passengers.
Last year, two of my friends had to cut their vacation short due to a flooding emergency at their home.
Southwest PRORATED a REFUND of their tickets because they weren't able to stay the whole time.
These friends ONLY fly Southwest no matter what or how much.
I have to say, with goodwill like that, as much as I don't like the airline, I totally understand my friends' loyalty.
