On 26/27 March, I am looking to do LHR-DFW. I usually fly British Airways as I know what to expect, and get a good service.

However, since I have a domestic connection from JER, I do not have enough time to make a BA LHR-DFW connection, only an AA connection.

How is AA on this route compared to BA? One big advantage for BA is that they have a free bar, and free soft drinks all flight long. Do I have to pay for baggage if it's a BA flight number? Do you get blankets/pillow on the flight?
