For those that had their 1st statement print showing "0" miles reported to AA but met the spending requirement: what was the time frame for when they finally showed up in your AA account and what was the resolution to this?
Mine have still not posted after showing 111k+ accumulated but 0 reported to AA on my paper statement. I called Citi and AA and, in fact, conferenced them on the same call. Neither really knew what happened but AA was going to send it to a different department to look at it and said it may take up to 2 weeks. That was a week ago so I'm going to call in again to see what's going on.
I should add that AA said that if I need the miles, they would allow me to go in the negative in the amount reported on my Citi statement. Nice gesture but not really why I wanted the miles right away...
