The operator of the private jet is the best position to answer those questions.
Private jets do not use or operate out of the same terminals that the commercial carriers use. Private operator use FBO terminals such as those offered by skyservice, starlink, etc.
Re: immigration, that is usually handled separately as well and there are very specific procedures for this - again the private jet operator (should be) is in the best position to answer the questions for your boss' situation.
I take it this will be the first time taking a private flight - I hope it is enjoyable and a decent operator has been chosen - there are some dodgy ones out there too. Good luck!
