I was very disappointed to see a number of empty seats in the Executive Class Cabin on my flight from YUL-LHR. With the introduction of the co-pay requirement it is obvious that Altitude members are not choosing to pay for the seats. It is a slap in the face that Air Canada chooses to leave empty seats rather than offer them to elite members. They should offer last minute upgrades to their elite members if the seats are unfilled.
