Gas purchase of $50.. so perhaps extra 25 bonus points. Not really worth my while to follow up. And to follow up consistently after each statement. Just easier not to deal with it, and shop elsewhere.
I'm having a problem like that with Chase right now. They're not recognizing the Aeroplan phone booking fee as being for "travel". But is it worth following up every time I book for 30 points? Not really
