12nights Munich seems to be very much. Also for example Intercontinental Berchtesgaden is worth a journey. I can`t find Salzburg on your list. Any reason?

The travel Amsterdam - Aachen - Würzburg - Rothenburg seems over ambitioned, especially if you like to do sightseeing.
