I am probably forgetting some, but here are the desires or considerations:
- Windows software with
- App integration (preferably both Android and Apple)
- Team members based in several different locations (most in US) but travelling periodically
- Needs to have ability to assign tasks and check progress of these
- Covering many discrete tasks rather than a single project with parts
- Different groups/teams of people on different tasks
- Preferably some integration with Outlook
- Alarms, reminders, calendars, etc. etc. etc.
- Prioritizing options (colors or some such)
- Intuitive
- Can print calendars of upcoming tasks with filters (Joe can print a calendar which shows only his tasks, for example)
- Reputable company, good security, etc.
- Not a data hog when roaming, especially outside country
I understand that there probably won't be the product that covers all of the above, at least not without spending a boatload of dough, but the FT gang may surprise me.
