Yes. The airport is up in the mountains so an interesting route to the city and takes 45 min- 1 hour on a bus. Could take longer if the expressway is busy. Another option is to bus to Shiraichi station and then a 45 min local train to Hiroshima, takes longer in total but the time is more certain.
Ironically, just slightly less than the same time to take the subway two stops from FUk to Hakata and the mizuhu to Hiroshima....
