This is an interesting discussion, and perhaps entirely a new one, but has anyone had a memorable fine-dining experience at what is primarily a beach resort destination or hotel?
Most of you are better travelled than I am, and I have not had anything yet in creativity, style, taste, flavour, service etc - everything really, that has matched up to the food served in fine dining restaurants in cities.
I find it especially staggering because food at the resorts is not exactly much cheaper (if at all).
