Yes. The airport is up in the mountains so an interesting route to the city and takes 45 min- 1 hour on a bus. Could take longer if the expressway is busy. Another option is to bus to Shiraichi station and then a 45 min local train to Hiroshima, takes longer in total but the time is more certain.
