Hello and a new poster here, but thank you for advice read in the past.

The klm flight ams-hkg due at 1150 (kl887) was delayed a few hours arriving hkg on February 18. In the air, the explanation given was bad weather and the flight diverted to Guanzhou. On the ground, I was told by the person who met me that only two flights had been delayed.
Is there a way of checking arrivals data for that day between, say, 1100 and 1300?
Is there any reason why only a couple of flights should be ffected by weather? There may be an explanation, but it is outside my experience!
