Ohh, I completely forgot about the super convenient service of Takkyubin!!

As access from Hiroshima airport to JR Hiroshima Station, I'd still suggest you to take a short bus ride to "Shiraichi" station and take a train straight to Hiroshima.
And, I agree with abmj-jr that Miyajima may take up good chunk of hours.
