There is a fine line between making customers happy and bringing chaos to your entire business plan.
That's an invalid analogy. The plane can't take off at 10 AM because it isn't there. What we're talking about is a room suitable for assignment to the customer, ready for occupancy at 10 AM, being held back for 5 hours.
