Despite being a PCI member I never once got breakfast included in our deals. That was because I would book through Utell or Expedia rather than with the hotel directly. It was hugely cheaper this way.

Didn't think anyone made use of the members' rate sheet rates but you did so were a much better member to the Prince hotel chain than I ever was.

Not a great way to be rewarded. Walk away and ensure they know why you are doing so.
