'Down' is correct.
Two points of note.
First seats have to be swiveled forward for Landing but business seats land at angle. First arm rest has to be up and business has to be down.

Announcement on yesterday's 137. Will first and business class passengers make sure their seat is facing forward. Good luck getting a business seat to face forward....
