Creative routings are never "offered." Not online, not over the phone.
But I've found that they can be requested. And often granted.
Just be prepared to HUACA the moment the agent starts talking about the rate desk.
Never saw any MPM conditions. And the routing conditions weren't clear to me, either. But then I'm not a travel agent or ticket agent.
Thought I was OK. Only requested flights with E avail.
