We are members of "Prince Club International" and on previous occasions when visiting Japan friends in Japan have made reservations on our behalf directly with specific properties.

AS PCI members we have always received complimentary breakfasts - and this benefit is still advertised on the PCI website.

Our friends in Japan have just phoned two specific properties to inquire about making reservations for us and in both cases the existence of the PCI breakfast benefit was denied.

Not only that, PCI have discontinued publishing an annual ratesheet for members. We are now supposed to contact PCI in Hawaii with details of locations and dates, and they will ask Prince Japan for a quotation and get back to us.

What has happeneed to a previously excellent system

This is utterly ridiculous and we are so extremely frustrated.

What a crazy way to do business!
