Yup, if they really wanted to get the business traveler, this would be the simplest method. Reserve 12 cushy chairs for BS purchaser, then fill the rest with AL+ according to some formula and leave the open cabin for the rest.

Then they could charge more than the $20 premium for BS over walk-up and I bet people would go for it.
