I recall SW being on the list, as well as other *A, and US legacy carriers. There was no place for me to put my other alliance, non US carrier flights, if I recall. When I entered miles flown for AA 2013 and 2014 it prompted some question about AA, but I cannot recall the details.
UA should be very concerned about my 'other alliance, non-US carrier flights'. I'm flying those long haul flights for lower cost, and receiving better product and service.
My first UA flight this year, by the way, was TATL in BF, and the cabin was only 1/3 occupied, including several people who had done a buy up at check in and non-revs. I know that isn't a significant data point, but I was surprised considering how difficult it seems to be able to use GPUs.
