The terms state:
The maximum cumulative amount that may be withdrawn from a POS device per day is $3,000.00. The maximum cumulative amount that may be withdrawn through a participating bank (over-the-counter withdrawal) per day is $2,500.00 per day.
Note that you need to include the $.50 so it would be $2999.50/day since it seems as the Citi payments are going through as POS transactions (assuming this because of the $.50 fee).
