I have plenty of BKK activity on my account, and I received it. Granted, my address of record is USA.
And yes, I listed the abandonment of BKK route as one (of many) reasons for reducing UA flying.

Other than that not much. Typical section on the last page for comments and I basically said if they continue to follow DL's move with the FF program that I will just use up my UA miles and then no longer be loyal but rather pick the airline that fits my schedule/price.
I did think it was interesting that of the airlines listed for comparison, it only included USA based airlines...and I think only legacy. Everything else had to be put as "other". (I do recall something with a *A descriptor as well, but don't recall if it was in that section of the survey).
I wonder what process they are going to use to evaluate the open ended responses. I assume it will mine for key words, but hopefully someone is looking at the verbatims.
