Expanding on this thread more generally, there may be transits where certain departure taxes aren't collected on a ticket for transit pax. 2 airports that come to mind are EZE and LIM, where your BP will be scanned as as you start to enter the secured area. If the tax hasn't been included in the ticket, you'll have to go "settle your bill" before you proceed!
