Bottom line is I don't think anyone trusts current management decisions or intentions. We generally feel they will use anything and everything against us. They make excuses for everything, never take responsibility for anything, lie to customers about reasons for delays, lie to DOT/FAA about refunds, lie to analysts about projections and generally. They could send the survey to a million people, if one person replies desiring a revenue based program, they'll ignore 999,999 against it and say "customers asked for it" . If they honestly cared what customers wanted, they would not have made the decisions they've made. They shouldn't even have the right to atone for it (not that they will anyways).They are currently hated by customers, employees and analysts. Fix that and I'll fly
