Can someone who has stayed recently confirm there is no complementary Conrad bear left at turndown service?

How does this property compare to Conrad HK, Tokyo and Singapore? Is a standard room upgrade for a HH Diamond a room to the Executive Floor? Any Diamond members get an upgrade to a suite with EL access?
