Another issue sometimes is that they won't include gratuity above 15%, seems Hyatt Dulles is especially good at that. I recently had a stay where they charged $3 'gratuity' on the breakfast. It did not help to first point out that all gratuity should be included, then second when I pointed out that my tip actually was exactly 15%. Argumentative staff and still ended up with the extra charge. And of course, there was no manager available (?). It's a minuscule thing in the grand scheme of things but it makes me want to avoid an otherwise nice hotel.
