I think I was on that flight too. Or one with the same FA, anyhow, and a similar route. I thought was cheesy but was also indifferent.
There was one a few weeks ago with deadpan humor that did make me laugh, though. He was trying to inform people to remain seated (we were parked just short of the gate), with something like, "... as never in recorded history has a passenger on a plane reached the gate before the plane."
