Not sure what you are asking. They will count as luggage. Even though they are the right size, how are they packed? Are they in sturdy boxes? Remember, they have to go through security and are loaded on a cart with other luggage, then piled up under the plane. I would be concerned with them getting damaged. The airlines don't exactly offer "white glove" treatment!
