I checekd UA's website and they have only 1 flight (that is good for me) out of ORD to MSY and on a small Embrear jet. Has anyone have any experience with UA domastic award, especially to MSY?
I flew ORD-MSY r/t last december on UA but at that time there were 3 on some days 4 daily flights (I would check on UA.com again). Indeed the plane is very small and it was overbooked both ways.
