Haven't flown JAL but the Sky Suite receives very good reviews. It is offered on the 773 flights once per day from LHR to NRT. The website booking engine for JAL clearly identifies which flights offer the new Sky Suite.
I did LHR-NRT last x-mas and Sky Suite is way better. nicer space, nicer bed, you also have a mattress prepared, the food is WAY better, the screen is much better. the flight time help to have little jetlag.
the only but is the films, there is not that great choice as you have with TALES, but it is a night flight, so 1 film and sleep.
also, you can order food from the menu at any time.
JAL hands done, you get the avios and tier points.
