6. DEN-EWR didn't clear. EWR-BOM cleared just before boarding. I was 2nd on the upgrade list. Lightly loaded Y, I think I could have had a three seat to my self if I hadn't upgraded.
My first international lay flat experience. I didn't think I was going to get it since it took so long to clear, and when I checked in it offered to upgrade me for $5,000. Not usually a good sign.
