This is mor of a question, hopefully someone will be able to help me.

I planning BUD-MSY at the end of Sept. M&M agent was able to route me to ORD on Swiss but he couldnt see any UA domestic flights at all. He couldnt tell me when UA will open up seat if they will open up at all.

I checekd UA's website and they have only 1 flight (that is good for me) out of ORD to MSY and on a small Embrear jet. Has anyone have any experience with UA domastic award, especially to MSY?
