I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happens to just about every big jet over the course of its life.
Wonder how long it will take for the repairs...that's going to possibly cost QF now a lot of revenue (and probably some insurer somewhere) a big $ amount. {My thinking - loss of revenue from cancelled pax and downstream loss of future business, flying OQI back empty, crew costs etc}
