Sure there is. Terminal C in the baggage claim area. There's a thread about it around here somewhere.

But if you want to sit in the lounges you'll have plenty of time to do so. I'd expect that security will be pretty reasonable around 3pm. That's relatively early for the international bank leaving from that portion of the terminal.
