of flyers generate 80% revenue over at AA. Says nothing about profit, but supports the reasoning behind DL's program change.
That doesn't say anything. What's important is, will the top 20% flyers generate more revenue/profit with the new skymiles, that outweighs the loss of revenue/profit from the other 80% flyers?
