I almost always get award stays credited without incidentals. If an award stay fails to post, it is a "missing" stay to be claimed.

Hampton and Homewood are the only brands where you can only get base credit for the actual room rate paid, and nothing else. However, there isn't much you could use for an incidental if you wanted to do so, except for phone calls or charging snacks from their snack kiosk (pantry) at properties with those as an option.

An award stay at a Hampton should post promptly with credit for stay and night(s), as well as the 250 points instead of a "snack" if you chose that option; if the hotel has not opted out, you should get credit for the current 5K Weekend promo, too.
