Aren't they, like, 98% of the base?
And like I said two posts ago, if a big group of frequent flyers stops spending the marginal revenue it used to spend on unnecessary connections, slightly higher prices, etc. and just chases lowest price, it means revenue loss to the airlines. The last thing a business wants is to compete on price and price alone.
