of flyers generate 80% revenue over at AA. Says nothing about profit, but supports the reasoning behind DL's program change.
That spread is similar for UA and AA as well. It is no secret. And, at the end of the day, those are the customers the airline cares about. Not the 98%. The 98% (which isn't really that big a group) is going to fly more based on price and schedule and they move back and forth between the carriers over time.
