Just an update on this. Bought a pair of headphones from a BB kiosk this morning b/c I thought I left mine at home, but turns out they were in one of the suit jackets I had packed. The current return policy states that anything bought at a kiosk can be returned to a store within 15 days of the purchase date. No need to call a 1-800 number and return by mail. I'll let you know how the return goes when I return from overseas.
